How to Access Webmail

After you’ve created your email address, you may want to access it the soonest time. The easiest way to access your email is via the Webmail. It is a web-based email client that lets you access your mail and start using it right away. It is accessible on any browsers and it doesn’t require any downloads or setup.

Before going through the article, kindly check your name servers for your domain name if it’s already connected with Vodien name servers. If not, you may follow this linked guide to change your name servers.

If your domain name is already connected to the right name servers, you may proceed further below on how to access the Webmail.

Basic Email Hosting

The emails that you get from your Email Hosting or your Web Hosting services can be accessed in two ways:

via cPanel

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format:
Replace with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Email Accounts under the Email panel.

Step 3. Locate the email address you’d like to access, and click on the Check Email.via Direct Link

Step 4. A new tab will open, and click on Open.
You may tick the box Open my inbox when I log in. You will be routed directly to your Inbox, rather than going to the same process every time.

You will then be redirected to your Inbox where you can start sending and receiving emails.

You can access the Webmail without logging in to your cPanel. You may type in your browser the following:

We recommend adding these links to your bookmark this way for faster and easier access in the future.

Note: Change to the domain name connected to your Email Hosting.

The same with the Basic Email hosting, you can access your email on a browser-based Outlook. You can check it anytime, anywhere. Here are the following sites:

We recommend adding the Webmail and Email Exchange login links on your bookmarks for faster and easier access in the future.
