If you have multiple products may it be hosting or domain names in your account and you wish to activate or deactivate the auto renewal, you may follow the instructions in this article. Otherwise, if you wish to activate auto renewal individually, follow the instructions from the articles:
Bulk Auto Renewal – Account Manager
Auto Renewal feature allows your domain or hosting to automatically be renewed 7 days before its expiration date. In order for this function to work, you need to make sure that you have added a valid credit card. (Please read the article how to update credit card payment.)
Step 1. Log in to your Account Manager.
Step 2. Either click “EDIT PROFILE” from the home page and click “Payment Settings”
Or click on the drop-down arrow next to your first name and select “Payment Settings”.
Step 3. From your Payment Settings, if you have multiple credit cards added, click on Products or Domains on that credit card.
Step 4. Select the products or domain names you want to auto-renew by ticking the checkbox next to the product or domain name and click “Update”.
To deactivate the auto-renewal, untick the checkbox and click “Update”.
