This are some of the common email errors user experience:
Problem: Incorrect username and password
Solution: Check that you have entered your email address as your username, if you are not sure if your password is correct, go to cpanel to reset your password.
Problem: Cannot send out emails
Solution: Check that you have enabled the option “My server requires authentication” in server tab (Email client – Account settings).
Problem: Smtp server does not support SSL-Secure connection
Solution: Check that you disable both the option “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)” in advanced tab (Email client – Account settings).
Problem: Unable to load subscribed folder
Solution: Right click on your IMAP folder and click on Reset List
