A professional business email address is always provided to customers for credibility. If you want to skip the hassle of checking each business email address, you can forward emails to your personal email address or to another domain name. This article covers:

Adding Email Forwarder
Forward incoming emails from one email address to another by following the steps below.
Step 1. Log in to Control Panel or the Hosting Manager.
Step 2. Click Email or the [v] drop-down arrow on its right.
Step 3. Click Forwarders from the drop-down menu.
Step 4. Click the Add Forwarder button.
Step 5. Enter the username of the email address in the box provided on the left. This is the email address where the sender sends the email originally.
Step 6. Enter the full email address in the box provided on the right. This is where the original email gets forwarded to.
Step 7. Click the Add Forwarder button to save the changes.
A message appears on the next page saying the forwarder is now added.
If there is an existing mailbox of the email address to forward, a copy of the email stays on its Inbox. If there’s none, you can only see the email in the mailbox of the destination email address.
Tip: Multiple destination email addresses can be added by separating each entry with a comma. |
Adding Domain Forwarder
When someone sends an email to a non-existent email address under your domain name, you can forward these emails to another domain name by adding a domain forwarder. Follow the steps below on how to set up one.
Note: The destination domain name should have a default email address set up for the emails to be forwarded correctly. |
Step 1. Log in to Control Panel or the Hosting Manager.
Step 2. Click Email or the [ v ] arrow symbol on its right.
Step 3. Click Forwarders from the drop-down menu.
Step 4. Click the Add Domain Forwarder button.
Step 5. Choose the domain to be forwarded in the left box and enter the destination domain on the right.
Step 6. Click the Add Domain Forwarder button to save the changes.
A message appears on the page saying the forwarder is now added.
Important Note: Domain forwarding only takes effect when the system cannot deliver the emails to an address or autoresponder. For example, if a user sends an email to example@yourdomain.com, the following actions may happen:
