A default address is a catch-all email address that collects all emails from senders that may have misspelled or may have entered an invalid email account associated with your domain name.
Step 1. Log in to your cPanel.
Step 2. Under Email panel, click on Default Address.
Step 3. You can either delete the message by choosing Discard radio button or forward it to another email address. If you choose Discard, you can set an auto-responder message.
Step 4. However, if Forward to Email Address is chosen, please indicate where the email will be forwarded. There are also Advanced options that you can use.
Step 5. Click Change button to save the changes.
