There may be emails accounts that you may no longer use, or there is an employee that no longer works for you. You may remove or delete that specific email account off the list to make room for storage, or you may create a new one for a new employee. Do note that the emails in the email account will be deleted and any email setup in any email clients will no longer work.
You will be guided on how to delete email account/s with your email hosting service.
Basic Email Hosting
Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Email Accounts under the Email Panel.
Step 3. Tick the box beside the email account you’d like to delete.
Step 4. Click Delete.
Step 5. Confirm the deletion, by click Delete again.
From there, you may create an email account again, or leave it free for a while.
Just like creating your Email Exchange mailbox, deleting an email address you no longer need is possible. We recommend contacting our Support Team to assist you further with deleting your email address. You may replace that email address on the spot or keep it open temporarily.
