Follow the steps below to buy products and services while logged in to the Vodien account manager.
Step 1. Access your Vodien account manager.
Step 2. Click the icon of the product you want to purchase on the menu bar. You can also use the Site search feature if necessary.
Step 3. If there are existing plans under a product category, click the Buy option on the left to see the available products. Otherwise, the page displays the available products right away.
Step 4. Click Buy Now to select a plan.
Step 5. Complete the order form and click Continue Order to add the item to the shopping cart. The order form is where you choose the duration of the plan and where you enter the domain name. Some products require additional items on this page.
Step 6. The Register & Pay tab displays pre-owned products that are due for renewal. Tick the corresponding box/es of the product/s that you want to renew. Then, click CONTINUE for the payment.
If you want to add more products to the cart, click Continue Shopping on the upper left side of the page. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
Step 7. Under My Payment, review and enter the necessary details as listed below:
- Term – Make sure the term is correct as this affects the total price of this order.
- My Wallet – Choose if you want to pay using your Account Credit or other payment methods. Know what modes of payment Vodien accepts.
- Do you have a Promo Code? – You can only apply promo codes on this page. Click the link and enter the promo code if you have one.
- GST – Review if this order already includes GST or not and if the value is correct.
Step 8. Click PAY & ACTIVATE.
The next page displays the confirmation message and an invoice number once successful. The details of the purchase are also sent to the email address associated with the account.
