Email encryption is like disguising your email message to protect the content, especially with sensitive information from being read by anyone aside from you, the sender and the receiver.
If you have Email Hosting only, you can connect to your server via encrypted connection (SSL). You may do this with your emails on Web Hosting as well. However you have another way to encrypt your message for the recipient. Here’s how you can encrypt your email:
Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Encryption under Email Panel.
Step 3. Enter the information asked:
Step 4. Click Generate Key.
It may take a while for the key to be generated, once it’s done, provide the key to your recipients to decrypt the email that you’ve sent.
