Mailing list manager is the dashboard provided for Email Marketing service. This is where you can import contacts, compose newsletters, schedule newsletters to be sent out, send newsletters instantly, and more. Follow the steps below to log in to Mailing List Manager:
- Log in to your Vodien Account Manager.
- Click on Email Marketing in the menu bar at the top of the page.
- Select the Mailing List you wish to manage. If you only have one, the page takes you to Mailing List Manager home page. If this happens, proceed to Step 5.
- Click the Control Panel button on the right.
- If asked, enter your username and password and click Log In. If you can’t find the logins, know where to get them or try resetting the password to log in.
You’re now logged in to your Email Mailing List Manager.
Where to Get the Mailing List Manager Logins
Vodien sends you the logins the same time the Email Marketing product is completely set up. This email is sent to the email address associated to your Vodien account. Unfortunately, this email can’t be found on Email Notifications section in your Account Manager for security purposes. The following steps are useful to help you find the email that contains the logins.
Step 1. Log in to your Vodien Account Manager.
Step 2. Click on your account name on the upper right side of the page.
Step 3. Select Email Notifications from the drop-down list.
Step 4. Look up eMarketing is Ready in the search box above and press Enter.
Step 5. Take note of the date that corresponds to the email with the subject of eMarketing is Ready.
Step 6. Narrow the search of the email to the date obtained from Step 5. The email is most likely found in the Inbox of the email address associated to your Vodien account and has a subject of Newsletter.com.au | New Member.
If you still can’t find the email with the logins, try resetting the password with the steps provided below.
How to Reset the Password of Mailing List Manager
The username and password to log in to the Mailing List Manager is different than your Vodien Account Manager logins. These logins were sent to you during the initial setup of the Email Marketing product and was sent to the email address associated to the Vodien account. If you can no longer find that email, try resetting the password by following the steps below:
- Log in to your Vodien Account Manager.
- Click on Email Marketing in the menu bar at the top of the page.
- Select the Mailing List you wish to manage. If you only have one, the page takes you to Mailing List Manager home page. If this happens, proceed to Step 5.
- Click the Control Panel button on the right.
- Click the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter the email or username in the field provided.
- Do the captcha.
- Click the SEND PASSWORD button.
An email with the instructions to reset will be sent to the email address associated to the account.
