Follow the steps below to retrieve your account manager password. Access to the email address on file is necessary to complete this process.
Step 1. Access the Vodien Account Manager login page.
Step 2. Click Lost password?.
Step 3. Enter any of the following to reset the password of your account manager:
- Email address associated with the account
- Username of the account
- Any of the domain names in the account
An error appears right below the box if you enter invalid information.
Step 4. Click SEND.
A message appears as shown below once the reset of the password is successful.
Step 5. Check the Inbox or Spam folder of your email and open the message with the following sender and subject:
- From: Help | Vodien Internet Solutions Pte Ltd <firstname.lastname@example.org>
- Subject: Account Manager – Reset your password
Step 6. Click RESET PASSWORD.
Step 7. Enter the new password twice in the boxes provided.
|Tip: Take note of your username right above the first box. This is useful to log in to the account manager the next time.|
Step 8. Click Submit.
After you change the password successfully, you are redirected to your account.
