How to set up Call-in PIN?

For an improved security, we will be verifying disclosure of certain sensitive information via a 4-digit call-in PIN over calls upon request of such information. If you have not created a Call-in PIN  yet or forgot what it was, follow the instructions below on how to set it up in the Account Manager.

Account Manager – Call-in PIN

Step 1. Log in to the Account Manager.

Step 2. Either click “EDIT PROFILE” from the home page

Or click on the drop-down arrow next to your first name and click “MY PROFILE” then click “EDIT PROFILE”.

Step 3. Click “Security” tab.

Step 5. Enter the current password and new password.

Note: If you do not want to update the password, enter the same password in both fields.

Step 6. Enter your desired Call-in PIN and click Save.
