How to Set up Call-In Pin

Your Call-in Pin is a 4-digit number that you provide us, as an added verification, for us to identify you and your customer account.

This Call-in Pin is also used for improved security when customers request for certain sensitive information. It will be asked first, before we disclose any details.

If you have not created a Call-in Pin yet, follow the instructions below to know how to set it up in the Account Manager:

  1. Log in to the SG or AUĀ Account Manager.
  2. Click on the Edit Profile button on your Home page.
    Or, click your Account Name beside the Shopping Cart Icon, then click My Profile.
  3. Click on the Security tab.
  4. Enter your desired Call-in Pin in the field provided, then click Save.
