How to Set up cPanel App on iPhone

The cPanel app is now available on mobile devices which can be used for cPanel, WHM, and Webmail access. This article you’ll learn how to set up your cPanel app on your iPhone.

You may skip through the steps depending which one setup you want to do:

Note: We recommend downloading the cPanel app first via the App Store before you proceed with the steps below.

cPanel Setup

Start configuring your cPanel by following the steps below:

1. Tap cPanel on your Home Screen.
2. On the top-left tap the plus sign (+) to add a service.
3. Enter the following under Server Information:

  • Name – desired name of the access
  • Address – domain name or server address

4. Tap Service.
5. From the Service menu, tap cPanel and tap Settings to continue with the setup.
6. Enter the following information under Authentication:

  • Username – cPanel username
  • Password – cPanel password
  • TouchID – On

7. Tap Connect.

From there you now have access to your cPanel.

WHM Setup

To gain access to your WHM, follow the steps below:

1. Tap cPanel on your Home Screen.
2. On the top-left tap the plus sign (+) to add a service.
3. Enter the following under Server Information:

  • Name – desired name of the access
  • Address – hostname

4. Tap Service.
5. From the Service menu, tap WHM and tap Settings to continue with the setup.
6. Enter the following information under Authentication:

  • Username – WHM user login (root access)
  • Password – WHM password
  • TouchID – On

7. Tap Connect.

Once done, you should have access to your WHM using your iPhone.

Webmail Setup

You can access your email address using the cPanel app by following the steps below:

1. Tap cPanel on your Home Screen.
2. On the top-left tap the plus sign (+) to add a service.
3. Enter the following under Server Information:

  • Name – desired name of the access
  • Address – domain name or server address

4. Tap Service.
5. From the Service menu, tap Webmail and tap Settings to continue with the setup.
6. Enter the following information under Authentication:

  • Username – complete email address
  • Password – email account password
  • TouchID – On/Off

7. Tap Connect.

Once the setup is done, you are now able to access your emails using the webmail option via the cPanel app.
