The last resort to retrieving your account manager logins is through the phone number and email address on your profile. So, it’s important that these details are up to date and accessible. Follow the steps below to update the details on your profile.
Step 1. Access your account manager.
Step 2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
Step 3. Go through each tab and edit the details if necessary.
- Profile – The information herein is about the account owner e.g., phone number, profile name, and address.
- Security – The information under this tab is important for logging in to the account e.g., email address where the reset link and notifications are sent, username, and password.
- Preferences – In here, you can choose your preferred language and how you receive notifications.
Step 4. Click Save when making changes on each tab.
A message appears on the screen once changes are successfully saved.
