Product or Service Cancellation

A product or service can be canceled through Account Manager.

Turn off Auto Renewal – Cancel Product at the End of the Billing Cycle

Delete Product –  Deleting the hosting immediately

Turn OFF Auto Renewal

To cancel your renewal, do ensure that your product is not set to “Auto Renew”.

Step 1. Log in to your Account Manager.

 

Step 2. Select the category that your product is in. Example: Business

If you have more than 1 hosting plan, it will show you the list of the packages.

Step 3. Click on the hosting plan you wish to cancel.

Check the expiry date of the package. The product is cancelled on its expiration date.

Step 4. If the “Auto Renew” is already “Off”, then the hosting plan will not be renewed.

If “Auto Renew” is “On”, click on it and select “Off”.

Step 5.  Once done, your product will no longer auto renew.

You can then ignore any renewal reminder sent to you regarding any of the product you do not wish to renew.

Deletion through Account Manager

Note: Cancelling the product means deleting the product immediately; however, this is not applicable for domain name. If you wish to cancel it at the end of the Billing Period, you may do the procedure at the product’s Expiry Date or follow the instructions above.

Step 1. Log in to your Account Manager.

Step 2. Select the category that your product is in. Example: Web Hosting

Step 3. Select on the product you wish to cancel.

Step 4. Click on the menu and select “Delete”.
