Step 1. Kindly access https://www.vodien.com/help/.
Step 2. Download the application by choosing what operating system you are using for your computer.
Step 3: Run the application
Step 4. Provide the ID number and password to our support representative.
Step 5. Keep the application running; You will be remotely connected with our support engineers once the connection is established, and we will help you in troubleshooting.
Note: Please remember to close the application after the remote help session. Vodien will no longer have remote access to your computer once you close the application.
