My Website Is Listed as Suspicious by Google

If you’re encountering a Google error when accessing your website, we have listed helpful troubleshooting steps on what you can do if your website is listed as suspicious by Google.

Before you proceed with the troubleshooting steps, we recommend checking your website using the link below if your website is listed:

If this is your result, your website is safe:

If the result says other ways, proceed with the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Check your FTP for the most recent changes in your website files.
2. Check to see if there are any malicious code added to your files.
3. Try to scan your files with anti-virus scanner.
4. Make sure to remove all affected files and replace them.

If you’re not familiar with the steps, we recommend having your developer check the issue and let them do the changes. If you don’t have one, send us a support ticket and we will check things for you.

If you have further queries, please don’t hesitate to contact our 24/7 Singapore or Australia Support Team.
