There is a limit of 100MB of outgoing emails which include attachments. All attachments will be encoded prior to delivery, as such the actual transmitted size will be 25% – 40% larger. The email attachment size limit is determined after encoding.
For Shared Hosting packages, it is not possible to edit the configuration on the backend of the server as it will affect everyone.
If you wish to have no limit or have control with the sending limitation, you are required to be on a Virtual Private Server. The VPS package is highly suitable for you to have control with the configuration.
Therefore, for large attachments, we advise you to either use Dropbox or Google drive.
