If you just got a ticket update saying that we’re done working on your site and it’s all clean but your site is looking broken, no worries! We can help out.
Try the following:
- It’s good to clear your browser’s cache and to try accessing your site from other browsers, just to be sure the problem is indeed with the site.
- Click the Clear host cache button on Google Chrome’s Net Internals page if you are using the Google Chrome browser.
- Reset your computer and WiFi router as these devices also saves cache.
Then, if the problem persists, please update the ticket with the issues you are having. If you have screenshots of what the site is supposed to look like it’s even better. You can add images to the ticket by using snipboard.io or other screenshot sharing applications.
